BUFF Headwear (and Apparel) originates from Spain and was the idea of a keen off-road motorcyclist Juan Rojas. Juan found he had a need for a multi-functional garment for use on and around his head while out riding the mountain trails above his home in Igualada near Barcelona, in all conditions. Having worked in the textile industry for over 25 years manufacturing knitted collars and cuffs for the most popular football brands in Europe, Juan set about creating a functional garment that could be worn in a number of ways, replacing the need for separate items of head and neck wear, and so became BUFF Headwear. Today there are many versions of the Original BUFF that Juan developed, designed to suit whatever challenges the weather or your environment present you with.
