About Polair

Polair is a plain weave nylon fabric manufactured by Vango and used in their sleeping bags. It's highly durable and breathable, making it perfectly suited to Vango's entry level sleeping bags. Polair comes in several different types:

  • Polair Micro RSP is highly wind resistant and downproof, making it ideal for use in high-performance down sleeping bags.
  • Polair Micro was developed for its fibre proofness and durability and is used in synthetic sleeping bags.
  • Polair Silky provides both insulative and wicking properties along with breathability. The result of this is a very comfortable liner that allows body moisture to pass through the lining so that it can disperse and evaporate, keeping you dry and warm.
