The Nuptse 2 Vest is lighter than the original Nuptse and has smaller down filled baffles giving it more of an active look.
The vest looks fantastic and will perform brilliantly thanks to the stitched-through down construction providing the insulation from the cold, the mini rip stop and DWR treated body keeps the down in place while shrugging off light rain, sleet and snow. Another new feature on the Nuptse 2 is a double layer of nylon taffeta on the shoulders for increased abrasion resistance while wearing a backpack.
The Nuptse 2 ticks all the boxes that it should for a mid-weight down vest, and it has the added bonus of evolving from the ever popular Nuptse.
