Ordered the wrong size but the return was very straightforward and easy. Excellent communication and fast dispatch for both parcels.
The boots are a perfect fit and looks like they don't need a break in period. Just like a glove straight out of the box. My normal size is 43.5 and with other shoes/boots I have a problem cuz sometimes size 9 is small and 9.5 is too big but with this model size 9 is just perfect and my feet are comfortable even with 3 seasons thicker socks.
