I have been travelling for about 20 years. I am still using my last model of this bag after 4 years. It has withstood the roughest treatment by baggage handlers till last year. It has been through; India, Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, Australia, Ireland, England and is carted all around the Med on and off boats were I work. My wife has had this model for a year and it hardly has a scratch on it. We both use it as a back pack when we are off the beaten trail and although heavy (Up to You) is comfortable and the harnessing is second to none. All in all the best back back I have ever owned. If I was near the shop I bought it from I would be using the lifetime guarantee instead of buying a new one. Best on the market 10/10Glen Crossley, Dingle
