Deuter Futura 22 Daypack (2017)

I'm blown away with the quality comfort and durability of this bag! I bought my Futura 22 backpack NINE years ago when working weekends in an outdoor sports shop, my area of expertise was rucksacks. During these nine years this bag has been used constantly, firstly it took two years as a college bag also the full nine years of... hiking and camping (all seasons, all weathers) rock climbing ice climbing mountain biking gig bag (for the cables and mic's etc) I've over filled it on many occasions, carried around ridiculous amounts of weights (actual weight lifting weights!). taken many beers to many parties, It's been through numerous airports (the waterproof cover keeps all the straps tidy) It has been thrown about, sat on, dragged through dirt, gone for a ride downstream, got nocked off a cliff, taken numerous tumbles down rocky screes and through bramble bushes and in the last year my friends cat has taken a liking to it, using it as a scratch post and general play thing... After nine years of constant, heavy and sometimes abusive use there are no rips, tears, scuffs or loose stitching, all zips, clips and straps work perfectly, the waterproof cover can be easily removed to re-proof it. This bag has become almost a part of me, now carrying sentimental value. I honestly believe it could take another nine years of use and I'd be sorry to see the end of this bag. I will ONLY USE Deuter bags in the future all other bag companies just give up!
