Lowe Alpine TT Carry-On 40 Rucksack

I've had this bag for over a year now and it's travelled everywhere with me. It's a perfect size for hand luggage on long journeys and it's just the right size for a weekend trip, too. I especially love the strong zips and the straps which don't dig in, but are not too padded or too big at the same time. It is lightweight which also matters to me. Before I got this bag I had only big and small luggage and I never knew what to take on my travels. This bag has sorted the problem.

This is my second Lowe Alpine TT Carry-on 40 rucksack. Being so impressed with the one I bought 2 years ago I decided to get a second one for when we travel together. I like being able to carry rather than wheel my luggage as it keeps my hands free. This is a very well made carry on; robust zips, good space and a comfortable shoulder strap. I don't carry it on my shoulders like a rucksack and if you plan on doing so please note that the back straps are not as padded as the shoulder straps. I've had no issue with any airline so far taking it on board. Great service from OutdoorKit - ordered and it was delivered the next day.

I bought this for a week long trip to Venice. It was perfect for the task; space to pack a good amount of clothes & miscellaneous stuff, compression straps inside & out. And, a key consideration, it fitted the draconian carry-on restrictions of Ryan Air. It seems pretty well made & I really like the option to convert to a back pack, which I made use of to & from airports. I'm very pleased with the bag so far & will be using it on all future short-haul trips.
