The Buffalo Mountain Shirt is an award winning design classic and we are flattered that it is probably one of the most copied outdoor garments. Tested for over 30 years in the most hostile conditions it is highly respected by all who use it. A single layer garment which is ideal for a multitude of outdoor uses including: winter hill walking, trekking, winter climbing and general outdoor activities. Used by Mountain Rescue teams and outdoor professionals. This garment works most efficiently when worn next to the skin. Sizing is important as the shirt should be close fitting without being restrictive.

Had my buffalo 20+ years. Just about to buy a new one as old one has seen better days. Wouldn't ever buy another make as this has done me proud in many country's and conditions 10 out of 10

Best thing I've ever had used it for work leasure shooting on the marsh in the worst of winter even had my two springers in it covered in mud to keep em warm still outstanding

I have had my buffalo mountain shirt for the last 20 years, worn it most days through the winter as I work, as well as on trips to colder climates in winter conditions. It has always kept me warm and snug wet or dry. I finally have to replace it, the fabric is failing and I have repaired it with gaffa tape!! ha! Love this piece of kit!!
Jackie Kempton, Pembrokeshire

I have had a buffalo for 21 years and it has seen better days and my other half says it needs to go!! However it is very hard getting rid of something that works and you've had for so long. Anyway I suppose the time has come to buy a new one and relegate the other to light duties!!

Top class, no fuss piece of outdoor kit. Owned mine for more than 10 years. It's proved itself time after time in hostile weather conditions in Canada, Afghan, Scotland and Wales

This is my second Buffalo. First one used whilst working with UN with temp down to -27ÂșC. With thoughtful layering the shirt provides ideal final layer. Downside is, not good in snow or Rain. Current Buffalo with me in Eastern Asia as winter approaches makes a sensible addition to cold weather wardrobe. Would recommend but think of layers when sizing.

Very good all round jacket! Went all round the world with my buffalo shirt. The best jacket on your back. Just amazing; very high quality and all round performance which stands out in all weathers.
Des Mcleod, Glasgow

I've had a Buffalo for 23 years but its getting a bit tired. It's been and seen all sorts of places and weather conditions. I swear by mine, it might be tired but it still does the job. I would give it 10 out of 10.
