This is a good size day sack with Berghaus' Freeflow back system. This back system holds the rucksack away from your back, letting air circulate and keeping you dry.

This is undoubtedly the best daysac I have ever owned. It is very stable and there is plenty of room for a days kit and even a weekend if you are using B&B's. I sweat a lot but this back system is really good and I have not sweated at all yet - I have used the bag about 12 - 15 times. I would happily recommend this pack to anyone.
This rucksack was the envy of other peregrinos (pilgrims, to you) on the Camino Frances last year when I walked in searing heat for 5 weeks. A dry back at the end of the day ? Not possible, surely! Yep. A bonus when hot water was in short supply...
