We want you to be 100% satisfied with any and every order placed with us. If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us in a new and unused condition within 90 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund. The cost of the return postage will be at your own expense; we can supply a DPD returns label for £3.95, please contact our office to find out more (please note this does not cover large items of luggage).
