For anyone who really wants to have the "barefoot" running experience these are the only choice. Although these shoes take a little while to get used to and MUST be used gradually at first if you are new to barefoot running, the results are well worth it. For anyone who suffers from repetitive running injuries these are well worth a try. I have suffered from running related hip pain for years, in these shoes I have no pain and run faster. Well worth the investment and perseverance!
